04 · DATA LOCATION

Where Is My Form Data Stored?

This is one of the most common questions — here's the simple answer:

Admin Dashboard (Your Site)

  • ✓ Manpower Requests (B2B leads)
  • ✓ Contact Form Messages

Stored in your private database (MongoDB). Only accessible at /admin with login.

Google Sheets / Drive

  • ✓ Job Applications (candidate form)
  • ✓ Resume uploads (in Google Drive)

Accessible from your Google account → drive.google.com → find your form's response sheet.

Bottom line: Two destinations, two logins. Your B2B leads + contact messages live inside your website admin. Job applications live in Google Sheets.

Security & Pro Tips

  • Never share the admin password over WhatsApp or email. Use a password manager.
  • Log out of /admin when working on a shared/public computer.
  • Change the admin password every 3-6 months — ask your developer.
  • Reply to leads within 24 hours — fastest responder usually wins the contract.
  • Use the "Status" dropdown religiously — your team avoids double-calling the same lead.
  • Once a month, export important leads (copy to Excel) as a backup.
  • Don't delete data unless you're 100% sure — there's no "undo" button.
  • Keep the company phone (+91 80873 90901) active on WhatsApp at all times.
